But if you're really shy or are having anxiety problems, you should talk to someone you trust about that. Hopefully they can help you.
Or to try and exercise your shyness and try to overcome it, it might help if you go and talk to someone first. 'Cause if someone talks to you first, I understand that a lot of the time it is unexpected and then you freak out and get nervous. Especially if you don't know the person at all.
What usually helps is if you talk to someone who is more similar to you. For example, don't go to the loud, hyper, talkative one that talks all the time in class. Then you'll just feel intimidated. Instead, go to someone who isn't talking to anybody and rarely speaks a word in class.
I'm not exactly a popular kid, so I talk to those who are more quiet or more "socially rejected" rather than the typical, immature, loud-mouth kid.
I hope this helps. Because I would love to help you overcome any obstacles that are in the way of your life. I used to be extremely shy and afraid to talk to anybody, so I know exactly how to overcome it. I still have some troubles talking with the opposite sex sometimes, but I think that I manage okay.
Remember, feel free to come talk to me if you ever need someone to talk to. Sometimes it's easier to talk to someone you don't know all that well instead of a close friend or family member. Remember that if you believe in yourself, you can overcome anything. You just gotta believe and step out of your comfort zone. That'll help create bravery.
i'll try to do that but i don't know my class very well yet because i started to go to a new school but maybe i will find someone like me.
And thank you again for the amazing advice it really helped ;v;
Oh, new school? No wonder why you're scared. I get kinda freaked out just over a schedule switch and having to go to a brand new class where I don't know anybody. But soon before I know it, I calm myself down, and people are generally friendly in my school. I hope they are in your school too. Just try to refrain from assuming the worst, 'cause usually the worst never happens, keep calm and be confident that people will like you. Remember that people will only treat you bad if they are terrible people themselves, which makes them horribly insecure, and that already makes you much better than them, 'cause you are not terrible. Just be nice and friendly, not necessarily sociable if you're not ready for that yet. Shyness is a step by step process which does take time to overcome, but I promise you that you will make it. ^^
maybe 'cause my happiness is forced ;n;
